Hot-pressing and die-cutting technology
Precision in shape
HAPPICH uses modern hot-pressing and die-cutting technology to manufacture high-quality insulation materials. Precise control of temperature and pressure allows the materials to be selectively compressed and formed into the required shape. The subsequent die-cutting process ensures precise and reproducible contours – resulting in functional, durable insulation components, particularly for demanding applications in vehicle manufacturing.

Using this process, we manufacture a wide range of insulation panels for individual applications and component geometries. With modern hot-pressing and die-cutting technology, the insulation materials are compressed and shaped under defined pressure and controlled temperature, then precisely die-cut to the required contour.
This allows the material thickness, shape, and properties to be specifically tailored to the respective requirements. The result is precisely fitting insulation panels with consistently high quality – for example, for thermal and acoustic insulation applications in the automotive and industrial sectors.
